We are here to provide you support if managing daily personal tasks becomes challenging. To qualify for PCS you must meet the criteria for assistance with at least 2 activities of daily living (ADLs) including: bathing, dressing, transferring, ambulation, toileting and/or eating. You may also get assistance with scheduling appointments, scheduling transportation, organizing your medicines, light housekeeping and cooking.
